Your Part

There is no motion to inherit. This is defining a new infrastructure category, and you build how it sells from the ground up with the founders. Priorities shift fast, your focus will too.

• Own go-to-market end to end: outbound, content, events, and whatever moves the needle
• Own the technical sale: product depth, discovery calls with Heads of Data and CTOs, pilot scoping
• Build the AI and automation behind the motion, so one person sells like a team of ten

Your Profile

• First or second commercial hire at a technical or infrastructure company, before and through product-market fit, with deals you sourced and closed yourself
• Have sold to technical buyers and can walk us through a deal you won and one you lost, and what each changed about how you sell
• High agency and relentless when a deal stalls or the plan stops working
• Genuinely curious about AI and the world data teams live in. Fluency on day one is not required, the appetite to go deep is, because this product cannot be sold on charm
• Flexibility to travel between SF and Europe

About OSM

Enterprise margin is decided millions of times a day. Pricing, dispatch, scheduling, allocation, computed continuously by software over live data. Agents made these actions cheap to take, but a good action and the best action look identical in the moment, and the gap between them compounds into billions. Acting is solved. Acting optimally is not.

OSM closes that gap. We turn the lakehouse, where the state of the business already lives, into a world model and run a decision engine on top. Mathematical optimization with AI in the loop computes the best action under uncertainty, with proofs of feasibility and optimality, in real time.

We are an all-technical team of ex-quantum researchers, mathematicians, and database engineers from some of the best institutions there are. We do foundational research to claim our space in the scientific landscape. This year we are publishing two papers at VLDB and defining a new layer of the data stack, the decisionhouse.
